Trulia.com, a San Francisco based Real Estate Search Engine put out a Press Release yesterday morning October 8th, 2009 entitled “Price Cuts are Everywhere”. Amongst the top 10 US Cities that ranked highest in percentage of Real Estate listings with significant price reductions was our very own Baltimore, Maryland which tied for first with 36% of it’s listings reduced in price.
According to Trulia’s October Price Reduction Report, the cash total amount of price reductions in Baltimore as a whole was a whomping $44M. This truly is proof that we are experiencing an incredible nationwide “Clearance” of Real Estate…
