We're renting the house we're in (the one you all came to for the surprise party) for 2 - 3 years and then we exercise the option and purchase the house. They work with you on just about everything and credit issues are not as big of a problem as you may think -- they work with you on that end of the deal too.

Very pleasant couple to deal with. Very forthcoming and I don't feel like they hid any details, omitted anything, or did anything "shady" in our transaction.
